Mtown88 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if the account is found to be involved in fraud, use of false identity, system manipulation, unauthorised exploitation of bonuses, or any other breach of these terms. Balances in accounts closed due to a violation may not be returned, subject to the outcome of an internal investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the mtown88 customer support team via official email. Closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled. Any valid remaining balance will be returned to the original payment method within the timeframe set by our current processing policy.
User Responsibilities & Usage Rules

Payments, Transactions & Currency
All deposits and withdrawals on mtown88 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods, including FPX, TNG eWallet, and internet banking transfers through major local banks. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name.
Successful deposits will be credited to the user's mtown88 account within a timeframe that varies depending on the chosen payment method. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. mtown88 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
